FAQs

Q1: What devices can Powkey R180 power?

A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than total 200 Watt.

Q2: Can the Powkey R180 be charged while using?

A: Yes, R180 has the ability to charge itself and charge devices via DC ports and USB ports at the same time. But the AC Ports DO NOT support this function.

Q3: How to know the working times for my device?

A: Working time = 120Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device

If the power consumption of your device is 40W, the running time will be 120Wh*0.85/40W=2.55 hrs (roughly calculated).

Please Note: Actual power consumption varies from different usages.

Q4: What if the adapter gets hot during charging?

A: It is a normal phenomenon for the adapter to have slight heat during charging.
